What surprised you the most about Northrop Grumman?
What surprised me the most about Northrop Grumman was the fact that they valued youth throughout the company. There’s an organization within the company that holds events specifically for younger professionals called the NGPA (Northrop Grumman Professionals Association). NGPA is for any professional who wants to get to know fellow employees working in the DC area. NGPA offers skill development, social interaction, educational and networking opportunities, and varied association programs. For example, NGPA will sponsor keynote speakers, social events, sporting leagues, happy hours, and professional development seminars.
