Space Technology Internship Opportunities
Internships and co-ops at Northrop Grumman Space Technology are all about opportunity – the opportunity to apply your education to real-life projects... to work side-by-side with industry experts and personal mentors... to learn company processes, lingo and people... and to identify your areas of interest while still in school.

Internships are single work sessions, usually during summer break, while co-ops offer multiple sessions over a year or two, sometimes alternating a semester of school with a semester of work. Both are paid positions intended for full-time students.

Space Technology opportunities are numerous and varied. Special programs include our Diversity Engineering Scholars Program (DESP). As an intern or co-op in this program, you'll be exposed to our unique legacy of innovation and will have access to every technology that will impact the foreseeable future. You'll also receive tuition reimbursement per academic year up to $4,500 for undergraduates and $6,000 for master's students. (Tuition and books are non-taxable.)

All students, as well as scholarship recipients, are encouraged to consider a summer intern or co-op experience with Space Technology.

These are only a few of the student programs Space Technology offers. With the range of intern and co-op programs available at Space Technology, you'll have on-the-job experience and the chance to enhance your entry into Space Technology's professional workforce by the time you graduate.
