To continue the referral process, you will be forwarded to the centralized Applicant Tracking System for Northrop Grumman.
Before your referral can be considered for positions, he/she is required to complete an online profile. This request will be sent to your referral via email. Please communicate with your referral to ensure that he/she completes the online profile to become eligible for Northrop Grumman.

On the next page, click the "Build Your Profile" link under New Members
(Note: you will only have to create your profile one time; you may in the future use your created logon credentials to submit future referrals or to apply for a job position).

Enter and submit your friend's resume and qualifications.

On the next page, enter your logon credentials under Existing Members.
