Description: Responsible for RF and microwave design functions for multiple programs and providing technical project leadership from proposal to delivery. Must take complex ideas and generate practical solutions. Opportunity involves design and development of innovative end to end communications solutions. Products include Receivers, Power Amplifiers, Tunable Filters, Multicouplers, Phase Cancellers, Wireless Transceivers, and Sensors. Position requires extensive technical expertise to develop systems architectures, perform detailed design, and lead/mentor an RF project team is desired. Circuit design experience should include filters, oscillators, amplifiers, synthesizers, etc. Designs range from HF to X-Band, while UHF, VHF, and/or L-Band experience preferred. Experience in Transceiver development, Systems Engineering, antenna design, or experience with Military Communications Systems/Platforms is highly desired. Candidate qualifications include an in-depth understanding of designing solutions that address radio system grounding, noise and CoSite interference issues. Must apply advanced technical principles, theories and concepts and provide solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious. Experience with ADS or HFSS is desired. Position requires a Top Secret Security Clearance. Basic Qualifications: BS Electrical Engineering or equivalent, minimum 14 years experience and a Top Secret Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: MS Electrical Engineering or equivalent, minimum 12 years experience and a Top Secret Security Clearance Work Location: Xetron Facility - Cincinnati OH ---------- Common Job Description: Researches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment. 14 Years with Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD.
