Instructor duties include preparation for instruction, conduct of instructions, counseling/remediation and testing. All work may normally be performed at USAARMC although some mobile training teams may be conducted. Instruction may take place in classrooms, motor pools, field environments, or live fire ranges and may require repeated ingress/egress of combat vehicles peculiar to the class being taught, in the prevailing weather conditions for outdoor classes. Portions of these classes may require rigorous physical activity on a repetitive basis. Required experience: SFC 11B with ANCOC.
Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis.
