Description:
Reporting to the Vice President BAMS UAS IPT. Plan, organize, manage, control and oversee the systematic identification, development, integration, deployment, maintenance, and continual improvement of BAMS UAS Due Regard IPT processes and systems in concert with process owners/stewards, other functional departments, and Program Sub IPTs. Collaborate with other functional disciplines to develop, integrate, and improve end-to-end business processes and systems. Strategize, lead and integrate BAMS UAS process and systems improvement efforts functioning as the BAMS UAS Due Regard IPT Leader. Lead cultural change to embrace business process management, continual process improvement, organizational learning, knowledge management, capability maturity models, industry standards, competitive excellence, and other broad-based operational performance/ innovation/ productivity/quality improvement strategies. Basic Qualifications: BA degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 15 years related experience including Airspace Integration experience; Masters and 13 years. Secret Security clearance required. .
