Description: The individual will be responsible for the following material management activities: Material Proposal support, supplier identification, solicitation, supply chain management, manage overall material costs for assigned programs, and create and maintain all material related visibility. Monitors key performance indicators and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives. The applicant must have at least 3-5 years supply chain management or related experience. Must be able to represent/present all material related data as required to all levels of management, and able to do occasional travel. Working Knowledge of SAP is required. Candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team oriented environment. BS/BA degree required. This position may be a Band 2 or 3 based on experience. Basic Qualifications: BS/BA degree, good interpersonal skills, Supply Chain experience or related experience; Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: SAP/ERP knowledge. Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Typical Minimum Education / Experience: 6 Years with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters Security Clearance Required.
