Description:
Northrop Grumman's Advanced Programs and Technology division seeks a highly motivated individual to perform the duties of a Financial Analyst 3 for its Contract Research and Development (CRAD) contracts. Responsibilities include: performing analysis and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated agreed parameters and government cost control guidelines; reviewing functional inputs; preparing month-end functional/contract control reports; preparing and maintaining project spend plans and developing EACs; incorporating contract changes into the EVMS system in order to maintain contract cost and schedule baseline.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in a relate discipline, or equivalent related experience, plus a minimum 6 years experience in Cost, Schedule, Financial Reporting and developing EACs and EVMS; a minimum of 4 years of experience with a Masters Degree. Candidates must possess knowledge of business automated systems with experience using SAP and Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM). Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must have experience working across multiple organizations (Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts and Pricing departments). Relocation Assistance Available.
