Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Basic qualification: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3Years with Masters, 0 years with PhD. Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Proven ability to apply technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to solve moderately complex professional tasks
Troubleshooting skills (ability to investigate issues/bugs; fault isolation and repair)
Ability to solve technical problems of increasing scope and complexity as assigned.
Ability to write clearly, concisely and accurately in active voice.
Ability to provide support to inter-organizational and outside customer contacts
Candidate must be willing to work extended hours occasionally to meet deadlines
Assets
Basic understanding of all phases of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
Ability to fully understand and analyze message flows and system/subsystem interconnects in a System of System (SoS) environment
Experience with Army tactical C2 systems
Experience with DoDAF products, specifically experience developing and analyzing Architecture products in a System of System environment
Experience with the processes and methodology associated with design, implementation/integration and documentation of systems
Experience testing and integrating in a System of System environment to meet evolving requirements
Experience writing test plans, test procedures, and test reports
Experience with TCP/IP networks
Experience with Information Assurance requirements and maintenance
Background in rapid prototyping
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Outlook
Security Clearance Required.
