Provide Program/Project Management and support in RF Systems. Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs / projects or sub-elements of major programs/projects. Duties include the key elements of Program/Project Management, Functional Management, Customer Service/Relations and new business development. Candidates must have demonstrated qualifications to plan, organize, staff, report, coordinate, control, identify/mitigate risk, and direct all phases of development and production program/projects from inception through completion. Candidate will coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms and conditions of contracts. Act as a primary customer contact for all program/projects activities. Candidate must make sound business decisions and assist in developing new business or expanding product lines with existing and new customers. Candidate should have experience in the design, integration, testing, and production of C4ISR sensors and systems. Will exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range strategic goals of the organization. Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between several organizations. BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS/MBA preferred) is required with a minimum of 5-8 years program management/project engineering experience that includes personnel, cost and schedule management. Top Secret Security Clearance is required. Prior US Army/US Marine Corps or Special Operations military experience is preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
BSEE, 5-8 years of experience, Top Secret Security Clearance. Ability to plan, organize, staff, report, coordinate, control, identify/mitigate risk and direct all phases of development and production program/projects from inception through completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS/MBA, US Army/US Marine Corps or Special Operations military experience.

Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
