The Test and Operational Ground Systems Product Development Center is seeking an individual interested in developing and integrating Digital hardware focused on ground based applications. Digital designs include both custom and standard implementation form factors (ie: VXI, VME, ATCA). High speed designs presently include clock rates to 3+ GHz and are typically implemented with both custom and COTS components including FPGA's at clock rates > 400MHz.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with VHDL and high speed digital design, be a fast learner, and have a strong interest in developing hardware from concept to production.
Basic Qualifications:
BS with 9+ years or MS with 7+ years in Electrical Engineering experience in the engineering field relating to Digital design theory and practical application. SCI security clearance and US Citizenship are required.
