Manufacturing Technology Development Engineer: Multi Program - As a member of the Palmdale Manufacturing Center (PMC) Manufacturing Technology Team, the selected candidate will identify, develop, and validate manufacturing processes, technologies and equipment for enhancing the capability, capacity and competitiveness of Production Operations. The candidate will oversee and lead advanced projects by providing highly innovative and ingenious solutions to complex technical problems. The candidate will also oversee the development of new aircraft assembly technologies and processes, as well as support core programs with cost reduction and continuous process improvement. Must be able to obtain and maintain secret clearance and SAP accesses. Basic Qualifications: BS degree and 5 years relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with relevant low rate aircraft assembly and prototyping processes is desired. Must be willing to travel to support requirements at all sites. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal and team skills. Current active secret clearance preferred.
