Description:
The B-2 Systems Engineering group at Tinker AFB has an opening for a Systems Engineer 4 responsible for leading requirements development, management and verification (RDMV) activities in a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment. Candidate should be able to lead system architectural design, system level trade studies, definition of high-level performance requirements and the development of verification methods. Tasks also include analysis, decomposition and derivation of functional requirements and the allocation of those requirements to physical and functional architectural elements and the tracking of those requirements through design, verification, integration and operational validation. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Systems Engineering or equivalent field plus a minimum of 9 years related experience, or Master's Degree with 7 years experience. Current Secret clearance is required. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated communication skills, technical writing skills and the ability to lead a team. Advanced engineering degree is preferred. Experience developing products within modern systems engineering tools such as Rhapsody and/or DOORS is preferred. Background in communications systems and advanced algorithm development preferred. Security Clearance Required.
