Description: The BAMS Mission Control System (MCS) Software Engineer is responsible for the design and development of information management software related to the receipt, storage, security, and dissemination of data provided by the BAMS Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS). Candidates should also have the ability to work in a distributed team environment. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, plus a minimum of two (2) years experience. Experience with software requirements analysis, design and implementation is required. The ideal candidate would also have experience programming in Java, experience working with XML, and experience with web services. US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Effective coordination, communication and organization skills are essential. Security Clearance Required.
