The Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Equipment Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE) Technical Support Specialist is responsible for and must possess in depth knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineering (CE) RED HORSE readiness, policy, programs, and procedures as they relate to personnel, equipment, vehicles, and training of CE craftsman and officers. Requirements: Associates degree and 6 years experience or equivalent experience, direct knowledge and familiarity with statutory and regulatory guidance pertinent to RED HORSE, demonstrate extremely good written and verbal skills, strong communication skills are required to verbally and graphically present new initiatives and update senior staff on open action item at Directorate level meetings and in group settings at conferences, MS Office Suite of applications including MSWord, MS Outlook, and Excel (moderate skill level).
