The candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years experience in Manufacturing and Engineering operations for space flight products. Individual must provide leadership and management direction in areas such as: Process Development, Technical Guidance, Continuous Improvement, SAP/MRP functions, Manpower Planning, Materials Management, Budget forecasting and Management in Production Control. Experience in union environment desired. The candidate must be familiar with multiple areas within a space qualified manufacturing environment. It is a primary need that the individual can coordinate and understand the driving factors behind materials management and work directly with Procurement, Mission Assurance and within the Mfg organization to get product to and thru the factory floor. Additionally, Candidate must have familiarity with hardware integration activities in a 10K clean room environment. Project planning abilities and excellent communication and follow through are a must for interested applicant Selected applicant will be subject to security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing environment. Candidate should have at least 5 years of management experience in the Aerospace industry or 7 years in a high precision electronics environment. Experienced in multiple areas in a Manufacturing Operations environment with preferred emphasis in space flight hardware, electrical and optical systems. Candidate must be able to communicate well with all levels of personnel within a manufacturing environment and have good collaboration, team skills; managing multiple/competing priorities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: An Active DoD secret clearance Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
