The Decision Support and Targeting Integrated Product Team (IPT) in Hollywood, MD is seeking an experienced program manager to lead the Battle Management / Weapons Sub IPT, which includes a diverse portfolio of DoD software development programs across three locations. Lead program managers in the development of follow-on proposals with existing customers and proposals for new business. Ensure programs are executed in accordance with the contract statement of work and meet technical, schedule, and cost performance requirements. Oversee the identification and mitigation of risks, assessment of opportunities, management of customer expectations, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Develop and track programs for the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Strategic Plan. Identify and manage Internal Research and Development, Marketing and Selling, and Bid and Proposal budgets required to shape new programs, position for RFPs, and develop winning proposals. Mentor employees, develop employee performance reviews, and lead efforts to select qualified candidates to meet staffing requirements. Basic Qualifications: BA degree (or equivalent related experience) with 14 years relevant experience; Masters and 12 years. Proven Program Management and Program Capture Track Record with Mission Planning, open architecture Knowledge and Experience required. Top Secret Clearance required.Preferred Qualifications: USAF Experience or Relevant US Military Experience. Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
