Perform product and process audits to assure compliance with the Program Planning, contract requirements and objectives. Will ensure that project and process control documentation are in accordance with program requirements. Will review software design, code and test, integration, change specifications, and plans for contractual and/or process requirements. Qualified candidate must possess a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a closely related engineering field plus a minimum of 5 years related experience. This position requires a complete understanding and wide application of quality assurance technical principles, theories and concepts. Must have good written and oral communication skills. The ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance is required. Conducts software inspection, testing, verification and validation. Implements software development and maintenance processes and methods. Ensures measures meet acceptable reliability standards. Develops overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software quality program according to project, process and contract requirements and objectives. Ensures that project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contract. Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements. Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies. Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability. 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
