Job Description: Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Experience in the thin film industry, including substrate handling/cleaning and inspection of optics. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of optics thin film coating experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methods. Acute attention to detail.Good math skills.Good verbal communication skills. Ability to read and follow instructions, maintain written records.Ability to obtain a government security clearance. Ideal candidates will possess a security clearance. Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent. and at least five years of optics thin film coating experience in a manufacturing environment MULTIPLE POSITIONS.
