Candidate will architect/mature the existing Data Fusion system to support Joint STARS Radar Modernization BMC2 Prototype real-time tracking/fusion requirements, including the establishment of low velocity tracking with multi-INT fusion capability. Candidate will generate a Tracker roadmap to include evaluating existing Tracker program product lines to leverage as a JSRM BMC2 baseline and support the integration of existing Data Fusion Tracker logic/rule set with the BMC2 Prototype Constellation Management System (CSM) component to perform on/off-board dynamic sensor tasking. Additional responsibilities include continuing to mature G/MMTI, EO/IR optical, INTEL, and ID measurement fusion capability and support exercise demonstrations. Candidate is required to have experience in requirements analysis and flow-down; development and allocation, system design, and system integration support of complex hardware/software systems. Candidate will be proficient in systems engineering, modeling, and analysis tools such as DOORS, MATLAB, OPNET, and software experience in (FORTRAN, C and/or C++) MATLAB is desired. Basic Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mathematics, physics, or other applicable engineering discipline with experience in data fusion and/or tracking algorithms along with fourteen (14) or more years of relevant engineering work experience (twelve (12) years with Masters). Also requires a working knowledge of physics and numerical analysis. Candidate must attain a DoD Secret Interim Clearance prior to start. Preferred qualifications: experience in data/sensor fusion, Kalman filtering, and statistical estimation. Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
