Description:
Support Operations and Simulation Analysis activities to include Mission Effectiveness and Operational Suitability, Threat Technology research and analysis of aircraft system effectiveness and survivability. Tasks include design of experiment development, requirements and task definition, test article verification, testing, analysis and reporting, resource management systems engineering traceability of requirements, and customer interface. Basic Qualifications: BS Degree in Engineering or related field plus a minimum of 9 years performing systems/operations analysis, and/or weapon systems analysis in air-to-surface (A/S), surface-to-air (S/A), and air-to-air (A/A)missions. Good leadership, communications, and interpersonal skills required. Active Secret Clearance required and the ability to obtain Top Secret and special access clearances. Preferred qualifications: Active military background; aviation trained individuals are preferred with operational research or operational analysis background.Preferred Qualifications: Recent military experience in Global Hawk operations, A/A, S/A, A/S engagements, mission level planning/modeling, and/or CONOPS development experience desired. Security Clearance Required.
