Computer Systems Analyst

As a Computer Systems Analyst at Northrop Grumman your expertise will be used to maintain computer systems for our Health IT Customers. This requires a person with the ability to design, develop, program, install, test, document, implement and maintain enterprise wide computer systems and utilities. Also important is having people with the ability to effectively interface with customers internally and externally to define software and hardware requirements for the solutions we provide. We look to automate and improve current capabilities of systems through analyzing and exploring all options available.

The most successful Analysts are detail oriented and able to work independently on large scale projects from start to finish. We also look for not only technical experts but innovative minds that come up with creative solutions to enhance security on existing and future systems to help prevent hacking and penetration including doing security risk assessments and forensic investigations. Keeping our customers information safe and protected is at the core of what we do when building our products and our Analysts help ensure that is a reality.

Typical qualifications that may be necessary to secure employment as a Computer Systems Analyst include:

BS/BA degree
Experience in SAP Production Planning
Able to prepare reports, summaries of results and actions taken and to present reports to management, auditors, or business area management
Excellent analytical skills, the ability to integrate information from multiple sources to execute effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment
Experience managing development teams using iterative development practices
Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with MS Project
