Quality Assurance

The goal of Quality, Safety and Mission Assurance organization is to become and sustain a performing process-based and risk aware organization with a world class culture of quality. Quality, Safety and Mission Assurance execute a myriad of very important processes and tools that our customers expect when they accept our bids for proposal and/or fund us from discretionary funds. It is our duty to the corporation and our customers that we deliver on all those expectations. We need to focus on the future to help our employees embrace the quality and affordability strategies…so let’s go!

As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you may participate in all aspects of audit preparation, the conducting of audits, development of corrective action, and tracking findings to closure. Quality Assurance encompasses a variety of detailed task areas ranging from ensuring compliance with quality assurance programs to software quality assurance and conducting verifications.

Qualifications required for Quality Assurance positions will vary depending on role.  Typical qualifications for Quality Assurance include: 

      •  Engineer positions usually require a Bachelors degree in relevant field
      •  ASQ Certification as CQE, CQA, CQM is a plus
      •  Must have strong communications skills
